Position Summary
The Childcare Worker provides teaching and care for children during sponsored events and ministries as scheduled. This role ministers to families by caring for their children, allowing parents to worship, serve, and participate fully in church activities.
Responsibilities
The Childcare Worker plans, leads, and guides activities throughout the event, including Bible stories, crafts, music, and physical play. They monitor children at all times to ensure safety, provide guidance on hygiene and sanitation, and follow all safety procedures and protocols.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and, if 18 or older, pass a background check. They should have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and strive to live a life pleasing to Him. A love for children, a passion for ministry, and the ability to work well on a team are essential. Flexibility and willingness to work with any age group are also required.
Administrative Assistant, Worship Arts
Part-Time (25-30 hrs)
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant for Worship Arts will be highly organized, spiritually mature, and service-minded in supporting our Worship Arts Minister at our large multi-faceted church. This part-time role requires exceptional administrative skills, an understanding of the unique rhythms of worship ministry, and a heart for advancing the mission of Jesus. They will serve as a key partner in managing the leader’s time, team communication, and the administrative logistics of the Worship and Production Department. They will personally be committed to the mission of making biblical disciples who make and send disciples who love and live like Jesus.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reports to: Worship Arts Minister
Administrative Support
Manage the Worship Minister’s calendar, including things like: scheduling team auditions, rehearsals, creative planning sessions, 1-on-1 discipleship meetings, and personal appointments.
Prepare and edit documents, meeting agendas, ministry reports, and confidential correspondence.
Handle department communications (email, Slack/Teams, and GroupMe) with discretion, prioritizing requests and responding on behalf of the leader when appropriate.
Maintain files, records, and project tracking systems (Asana, Google Docs, and Planning Center Online) relevant to worship operations.
Ministry and Event Coordination
Coordinate logistics for worship team nights, volunteer orientations, leadership retreats, conferences, and special creative events.
Provide administrative support for the scheduling of musicians, vocalists, and production volunteers in Planning Center (PCO) and correspondence surrounding.
Liaise with internal departments (Communications, Next Gen, AD Team, Facilities, Creative, etc.) to ensure alignment with the Worship Minister’s vision for weekend services.
Assist with the Worship Arts budget tracking, including processing invoices and expense reports.
Coordinate hospitality and childcare for events/trainings.
Attend department meetings to understand ministry needs and initiatives, capture notes and track action items.
Personal and Ministry Support
Assist with personal tasks and errands to help the Worship Minister maintain work-life balance and stay focused on spiritual leadership and creative oversight.
Manage scheduling priorities by guarding her calendar, ensuring that leadership responsibilities, team development, and family non-negotiables are balanced and respected.
Help maintain relational and informational touchpoints with worship team volunteers, staff, and congregation members on behalf of the leader.
Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the leader and accompanying staff or family as needed.
Confidentiality and Discretion
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity, including volunteer applications, background checks, and team-related HR matters.
Serve as a gatekeeper while creating an environment of hospitality and accessibility for the Worship team.
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in a church or creative ministry environment.
Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and spiritually driven environment.
Demonstrated alignment with the mission, values, and beliefs of CyLife Church.
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule that may include occasional evenings or special events (e.g., Christmas/Easter).

Job Description
The Production Director will be a full-time, in-person staff member responsible for overseeing all technical and creative production aspects of our worship services and special events. This role requires a unique blend of technical mastery, leadership, and a pastoral heart for ministry. The director will ensure our worship environments are excellent, engaging, and free from distraction, allowing our congregation to encounter the Lord.
Reporting Structure:
The Production Director will report directly to the Worship Arts Minister and will oversee full and part time staff as well as several teams of volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Production Oversight & Execution: Serve as the lead technical producer for all weekend services and major events. This includes directing the live production elements (audio, video, lighting, and staging) and ensuring seamless transitions and a high-quality experience for both our in-person and online audiences.
● Audio Engineering & Excellence: Act as the primary audio engineer for all services. This includes mixing live sound, optimizing sound systems, and performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting on all audio equipment to ensure a professional, consistent, and distraction-free sonic experience.
● Team Leadership & Development: Lead, equip, and pastor a team of two full-time production staff and a large team of dedicated volunteers. This involves recruiting, training, scheduling, and mentoring team members to grow in both their technical skills and their spiritual lives.
● Creative Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the Worship Arts Minister and Creative Director to understand and execute the creative vision for all services and events. You will be a key voice in brainstorming and planning, translating the artistic vision into a compelling technical and visual reality. You will provide creative and technical input for sermon series, events, and special projects.
● System & Facility Management: Develop, document, and implement standardized production workflows and protocols. Manage and maintain all AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting) equipment, ensuring a well-organized and fully functional production environment. Oversee the departmental budget and make recommendations for new equipment or system upgrades.
Qualifications
● Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in live production and audio engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a church of 2,000 or more attendees.
● Technical Expertise: A strong background in audio engineering, with a degree or formal certification in a related field preferred.
● A Discipleship Heart: A deep and active relationship with Jesus Christ is essential. Must have a proven track record of leading teams and discipling others with a servant's heart.
● Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a healthy, relational team culture. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration.

Position Summary
The Director/Minister of Women’s Discipleship is responsible to lead, develop, and grow healthy women’s groups. They should be a leader of leaders. They are responsible to oversee all Women’s Ministry initiatives and events. They are relational Discipleship Culture carriers. This leader will lead and invest in their volunteer leadership teams making biblical disciples who make and send disciples who love and live like Jesus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· To live out the core values and mission of CyLife Church.
· Identify, develop, raise up, and release small group leaders and coaches within our discipleship process.
· Facilitate and support the Connection process by leading people into relational small groups.
· Shepherd the biblical process of discipleship within the small group community through oversight and leading DiscipleShift1 (DS1), Small Group Leader and Coach Trainings and leading and maintaining a small group coaching structure.
· Identify people for leadership development to become spiritually healthy small group leaders and coaches.
· Know where people are in the discipleship process and work with small group leaders and coaches to know where their group members are in the process as well.
· Create and develop a relational small group leadership culture that values the following: Invitation/recruiting; personal spiritual health; training; coaching; modeling; delegation; equip and empower to do ministry; opportunities to practice; releasing to lead, branch and multiply.
· Ensure all new leaders go through: Partnership Classes (before leading); DS1 Training and completion of the Small Group Apprentice Trainning(before leading); SGL Training (each year); Coaching of leaders and coaches.
· Utilize and maintain Planning Center and TEAMS applications in the key areas of tracking and monitoring small groups related data and completing workflow assignments each week.
· Develop, manage and review yearly budgets (accountable to monitor monthly spending).
· Submit Expensify report for bank statement, monthly.
· Evaluate Adult small groups’ health in the following areas: Baptisms, leadership structure, connections, vision casting, communication, health, and time management.
· Lead the Women’s Ministry at CyLife Church, which includes working with the Lead Pastor on curriculum selection, special events planning and execution, leading volunteer teams, consistent communications, ministry growth development and ensuring alignment with the discipleship ministry and mission at CyLife Church.
· Interview women baptism candidates and share the Gospel.
· Collaborate with the Adult Discipleship Pastor/Director and the Men’s Discipleship Pastor/Dir., as needed.
· Write and select Adult discipleship curriculum for all adult small groups.
· Co-lead various Adult Discipleship ministry training sessions and Partnership classes.
· Oversee and direct Mother’s Day events.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Must be a fully committed follower of Jesus Christ and a Partner of CyLIfe.
· Must be actively involved in or leading a discipleship small group.
· Received a call from God to full time ministry.
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, related degree preferred.
· Minimum 2 years experience working and/or serving with an evangelical church team.
· Must have at least 1 year of related leadership experience.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Able to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and systems
