What To Expect

At CyLife Kids, your child can expect a fun, safe, and welcoming environment where they can learn about Jesus through games, songs, and engaging Bible lessons. Each week, our team creates age-appropriate activities that help kids grow in faith, build friendships, and experience God’s love firsthand.

  • Your first visit

Here's what to expect when visiting CyLife Church for the first time:

First, find the area CyLife Kids. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

    • Parent/guardian name(s)
    • Child's name
    • Child's birthdate
    • Grade info (if applicable)
    • Home address
    • Phone number
    • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
  • How check-in works

Before Service: Returning families can check-in your child at any available kiosk. After typing in the phone number on file, your family's profile will pop up. Select your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

After Service: After the service is complete, show your tag at the kids entrance door in order for your child to be released back to you. If you are missing the tag, go to Kids Check-In desk for assistance. You will need ID.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, a message will be sent to the number on file. If there is no response, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.

    Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy:

Security Sticker Check: To further ensure the safety of all children, we will be conducting security sticker checks at the children's entrance door. Please have your security sticker ready to present to our staff/volunteers when picking up your child(ren).

Parent-to-Child Ratio: To help manage the flow and ensure that all children are picked up efficiently and safely, we encourage two parents or guardians coming back to pick up the children.

One-Way Flow in the Hallway: The hallway where the children are held has a horseshoe layout, with one designated entrance and exit. For safety and efficiency, no U-turns will be allowed. Please follow the designated flow to prevent any traffic jams.
